Booking Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Unless otherwise discussed.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service before makeup application begins.
Appointments are booked on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the appointment may transfer the retainer to one future appointment.
Cancellations within 3 days forfeit the deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to stay on schedule.
Clients more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their retainer.
If I am running behind, you will be notified as soon as possible.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear without notice will be charged the full service amount.
Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments in full.

Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and sanitary workspace:
Only scheduled clients are permitted unless approved beforehand.
Children must be supervised by another adult and may not accompany clients during appointments unless discussed prior.
right to refuse policy
Any and all disrespectful behavior is on a zero tolerance basis. If the artist is not comfortable or has been disrespected they have the right to stop the service at any time and refuse the rest of the service. The client will still be responsible for 100% of the service.
Health & Safety Policy
For everyone’s safety:
Please reschedule if you have a fever, cold, flu, COVID symptoms, pink eye, cold sores, or any contagious skin condition.
Services may be refused if a contagious condition is present.
Clean brushes, sanitized products, and disposable applicators are used whenever appropriate in accordance with sanitation standards.
Allergy Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for informing me of:
Skin sensitivities
Allergies
Current medications that affect the skin
Recent cosmetic procedures
A patch test is available upon request but must be scheduled at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Bridal Policy
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required.
Bridal previews/trials are strongly recommended.
Final guest count is due 30 days before the wedding.
Travel fees apply outside the included service area.
Early morning start fees may apply before 9:00 AM.
Travel Policy
Travel within 15 miles is included.
Beyond that:
$0.65c per mile or
Flat travel fee depending on location.
Parking, tolls, and valet fees are the client’s responsibility.
Touch-Up Policy
Touch-up services may be booked for:
Weddings
Photo shoots
Special events
Touch-up rates begin at $50 per hour. Or touch up kits can be provided.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic services:
No refunds are provided after services have been completed.
If there is an issue with your makeup, I will gladly make reasonable adjustments during your appointment before you leave.
Photography Policy
Photos of completed makeup may be taken for my portfolio and social media.
Clients may opt out by notifying me before the appointment.
Satisfaction Policy
My goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and beautiful. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your makeup, please let me know during your appointment so adjustments can be made immediately.
Sanitation Policy
I follow strict sanitation procedures, including:
Washing or sanitizing hands before and after every client.
Cleaning and disinfecting brushes and tools.
Using disposable mascara wands, lip applicators, and other single-use items where appropriate.
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace consistent with North Carolina sanitation expectations.
Liability Agreement
By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges:
They have disclosed all known allergies and skin conditions.
Makeup results vary depending on skin type and environmental conditions.
The makeup artist is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
Social Media Policy
Kind reviews, tags, and shares are always appreciated.
Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward the artist or staff will result in refusal of future services.
